Big Ten Gymnast to Watch • competed in every meet so far in 2026 • tallied 9.850 on bars, 9.825 on floor and 9.800 on beam at Utah (Jan. 2) • tied her career-high on beam (9.900) and floor (9.850) while going 9.850 on bars vs. Arkansas (Jan. 10) • tallied a season-best on bars (9.925) and career-best on beam (9.925) in an upset win over No. 5 Michigan (Jan. 17) • totaled a 9.875 floor score at Nebraska (Jan. 24) • posted a 9.900 on bars, 9.875 on beam and floor vs. Iowa (Jan. 31) • totaled a 9.875 on bars and a career-best 9.950 on the floor vs. UCLA (Feb. 7) • went 9.925 on balance beam, tying a career-high and tied for an event title on floor (9.875) at PSU (Feb. 14) • earned scores of 9.925 on bars and 9.925 on the floor at Washington (Feb. 20) • took home event titles on each of the apparatuses at UW • won event titles on beam (9.950) and floor (9.925) at the Big 4 while going 9.875 on uneven bars (March 1) • named Big Ten Event Specialist of the Week after her performance.

2024 | FRESHMAN SEASON
Competed in every meet as a true freshman • 3x Big Ten Freshman of the Week • Lyden made her Gophers debut at the Mean Girls Super 16 Gymnastics Championships, where she earned a 9.825 on bars (Jan. 6) • Lyden earned Big Ten Freshman of the Week after her debut performance • tallied a career-high with a 9.850 in the uneven bars against Eastern Michigan (Jan. 13) • tied a season-best with a 9.850 on bars vs. Iowa • made her beam debut, earning a 9.775 (Jan. 22) • totaled her third straight 9.850 on bars before earning a 9.700 on beam against Maryland (Jan. 27) • earned a career-best score of 9.975, taking home her first event title in the uneven bars at Penn State (Feb. 3) • her 9.975 at Penn State tied the Minnesota gymnastics program record for highest bars score • took home her second Big Ten Freshmman of the Week honor after the PSU meet • earned a 9.875 on the uneven bars in the Michigan meet (Feb. 10) • posted a career-best 9.875 on beam and a 9.800 on bars at Illinois (Feb. 18) • tallied a 9.875 on bars at the Big Five meet (Feb. 23) • tallied a 9.825 on bars at Boise State (March 1) • earned a 9.900 score on bars at Alabama, her second-highest score of the season (March 8) • won the bars event title at Minnesota's senior day quad, going for a 9.925 (March 17) • with her performance in the quad meet, she was named Big Ten Freshman of the Week (March 19) • earned a 9.850 on bars at the Big Ten Championships (March 23) • posted a 9.750 on uneven bars at the NCAA Regional Semifinals (April 4).

HIGH SCHOOL/CLUB
Lyden is a four-time national qualifier • in addition to her multiple Minnesota State floor, bars and beam titles, Lyden is a two-time Regional beam champion as well as a Regional bars champion • in 2022, she was a Region 4 bars and beam champion • she was coached by former Gopher Lori Kinder Roskoski.

PERSONAL
The daughter of Larry and Jena Lyden, she has two brothers, Hunter and Reid • Hunter competes on the Gophers wrestling team and her father wrestled collegiately at Augsburg • majoring in business and marketing education.
