2016 - Senior Season
Won the coveted AAI award, which is given to the most outstanding senior gymnast in the nation - named Big Ten Gymnast of the Year and first team All-Big Ten - named Academic All-Big Ten - named to the CoSIDA Academic All-District 2015-16 Women's At-Large Team - female recipient of the Big Ten Wayne Duke Postgraduate Award - earned the University of Minnesota's Outstanding Student Athlete Achievement award - appeared in all 14 regular-season meets plus the NCAA Regional and Championship meet, competing in the all-around - earned 24 event titles including 8 all-around titles - named First Team All-American on uneven bars, floor and all-around and Second Team on uneven bars - claimed a share of the NCAA Regional title on uneven bars - earned Big Ten titles in the all-around (39.650), beam (9.925) and floor (9.950) at the Big Ten championships (3/19) - notched four straight Big Ten Gymnast of the week honors - named NACGCW regular-season All-American - scored a "perfect" 9.950 on vault at Air Force - earned a new career high on uneven bars with a 9.925.
2015 - Junior Season
Appeared in all 14 regular-season meets plus the NCAA Championship meet - competed in vault, uneven bars, balance beam, floor exercise and the all-around - 2015 Big Ten Gymnast of the Year after earning six league weekly honors - held top spot of the national all-around rankings for two weeks, the first for Minnesota Women's Gymnastics Program - Big Ten Vault Champion (9.950) - tied for Big Ten Floor Champion (9.925), placed second in all-around (39.625) - earned nine first place finishes on vault, three first place finishes on bars, seven first place finishes on beam, nine first place finishes on floor and eight first place finishes in the all-around - broke a program record for the all-around scoring a 39.675 placing first vs. Nebraska - B1G Ten Distinguished Scholar Award - First Team Regular-Season All-American Honors on Beam, Vault and All-Around - Second Team Regular-Season All-American Honors on Floor Exercise - 2014-2015 Capital One Academic All-District - 2015 Academic All-America - 2015 Academic All-Big Ten - 2015 Honda Sports Award Nominee.
2014 - Sophomore Season
NCAA First Team All-American on vault and Second Team All-American on floor exercise - NACGC/W Regular Season First Team All-American all-around and on floor exercise and second team on vault - placed fifth on vault at the NCAA Individual Event Finals - Big Ten all-around champion with a Minnesota-record 39.650 score, Minnesota's first all-around champion since 2009 - NACGC/W North Central Region Gymnast of the Year - named Minnesota's Most Valuable Performer for the second year in a row - was the University of Minnesota's nominee for the Big Ten Female Athlete of the Year - Big Ten vault champion with a perfect 10 score, the third 10 in school history on any event and first since 2002 - First Team All-Big Ten for the second time in as many collegiate seasons - two-time Big Ten Gymnast of the Week winner, Minnesota's first winner of the award since 2009 - tied or broke Minnesota's all-time all-around record of 39.600 four times - registered 25 event wins and 10 all-around titles in 14 team meets - competed on every event in every meet and won the all-around at the Minneapolis NCAA Regional to qualify for the national all-around competition - tied or surpassed career-best scores on every event - Academic All-Big Ten and Big Ten Distinguished Scholar honors.
2013 - Freshman Season
Earned the team's Most Valuable Performer Award and was named the Freshman of the Year by both the team and the Big Ten conference - First Team All-American and First Team All-Big Ten - placed fourth on the floor exercise and tied for fifth on vault at NCAA Championships Individual Event Finals - named Big Ten Freshman of the Week six times - won 19 event titles - saw career-high on vault (9.950), bars (9.900) and all-around at the NCAA Regional meet - tied for first place career high score of 9.900 at the Big Ten Championships - saw career-high on floor against Nebraska, Arkansas, and Centenary (3/9) - tied Minnesota's school record on both floor (9.975) and in the all-around (39.600) - tied for Gainesville Regional title on vault with score of 9.950.
High School/Club
2012 graduate of Eaglecrest High School - recorded a 4.0 GPA or better in every year during her high school career - trained with the Colorado Gymnastics Institute - coached by Vinicio and Sonia Leria and Lindy Franzini-Carpenter - three-time Junior Olympic Level 10 National Championship qualifier - finished second on both floor exercise and balance beam at the 2012 J.O. Nationals - was 2012 Region 3 champion in all-around, vault, and floor exercise - 2012 Colorado state champion in the all-around, vault, and floor, while capturing second on beam - had four top-10 finishes at the 2011 meet, including a second-place finish on floor exercise - 2011 Colorado state champion on vault, beam, floor and all-around - also claimed first place in the vault, beam, floor and all-around at the 2011 Region 3 meet.

Daughter of Doug and Lori Mable - has two siblings (Corey and Aubrey) - majoring in Elementary Education.
