In 2022, Minnesota-native Nguyen finished second in the all-around, vault and beam – as well as third on floor – at the 2022 Level 10 Regionals. She also finished fifth in the all-around, fourth on beam, and sixth on vault and bars at the 2022 Level 10 Minnesota State Championships.
Nguyen was a 2021 Junior Olympic National Qualifier after finishing seventh in the all-around and fourth on vault at the 2021 Level 10 Regionals. At the 2021 Level 10 State Minnesota Championships, Nguyen finished fourth in the all-around and fifth on beam.
