2021-22 | GRADUATE SEASON
Appeared in five events on the season in varsity competition • Helped the First Varsity Eight boat at the Big Ten Championships to close the season • Earned a pair of second-place finishes in the 1V8 races at the Iowa Rowing Regatta • Competed in three 1v8 races at the B1G Invitational • Competed in both First Varsity Eight races against SMU • Placed 15th at the Head of the Charles in the 1V8 boat with a time of 16:55.100 • 2022 CRCA Scholar-Athlete Award Winner.

2020-21 | SENIOR SEASON
Placed 6th at the Big Ten Championships with the First Varsity Eight boat • Helped the 1V8 boat to race win at the Iowa Rowing Regatta and a second-place finish at the Dale England Cup • Earned a trio of second-place finishes with the 1V8 boat at the B1G Invitational • Also placed 2nd at the Big Ten/ACC Regatta • Earned a race win in the Saturday afternoon session of the Cardinal Invite to open the season • 2021 CRCA Scholar-Athlete Award winner • Academic All-Big Ten selection.

2019-20 | JUNIOR SEASON
Finished second with the 2V4 (22:31.239) and first with the 1V8 (20:13.297) at the Head of The Mississippi • was a part of the 1V8 squad that finished 26th in the Women's Championship Eights event at the Head of The Charles • Season ended on March 12, 2020, when the Big Ten and NCAA announced they were ceasing competitions and championships because of COVID-19 public health concerns • Big Ten Distinguished Scholar, Academic All-Big Ten and CRCA Scholar Athlete. 

2018-19 | SOPHOMORE SEASON
Academic All-Big Ten • placed first in the Varsity 8+ and doubles at the Head of The Mississippi • competed in the 2V8 at the Oak Ridge Invitational • third-place finish at the Doc Hosea Invitational • competed in the Double Dual at Iowa, Clemson Invitational and the Big Ten Championships • Big Ten Distinguished Scholar and Academic All-Big Ten • earned first letter. 

2017-18 | FRESHMAN SEASON
Competed in the first novice eight in every race • placed second at the Big ten Championships.

HIGH SCHOOL
A 2017 graduate of Onalaska High School in Wisconsin • graduated in the top five percent of her class • named to the Academic All-State team in gymnastics • earned four letters in gymnastics, four in track and field and two in cross country • 2014-2017 First Team All-Conference gymnast on vault, bars, beam, floor and all-around • was the 2016 and 2017 Conference All-Around Champion • named the 2017 Conference Gymnast of the Year for the Hilltoppers • First Team All-Conference in track and field in the triple jump, 300m hurdles and 4X400m relay • was the 2017 triple jump and 300m Conference Champion. • a three-time All-State competitor in gymnastics • 2017 First Team All-State gymnast in the all-around • team captain for gymnastics in 2017 • earned the Gale Johnson Athletic Leadership Award for cross country.

Born Melissa Ann Wiebke in Onalaska, Wisconsin daughter of Julie and Dan Wiebke has two sisters, Mara and Amanda • sister Amanda is a member of the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse track and field team • sister Mara was a member of the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater cross country and track and field team • most memorable sports thrill was winning a silver medal at the 2018 Big Ten Championships • majoring in supply chain and operations management with minors in political science and business law.
