NCAA Qualifier - Letterwinner - Academic All-Big Ten - NWCA All-Academic - earned automatic berth at Big Ten tournament to qualify for first career NCAA Championships - began season wrestling 184 before dropping down to 174 at Southern Scuffle - won his group at Journeymen Collegiate Classic by going 3-0 wrestling at 184 - also placed fourth at Daktronics Open and UNI Open wrestling 184 - finished one match shy of placing at 174 at Southern Scuffle - picked up his first career Big Ten victory and won a home dual for the Gophers by defeating No. 20 Ryan Christensen (Wisconsin) in the last match of the meet on Jan. 15 - upset No. 10 Lelund Weatherspoon (Iowa State), 10-4, during dual on Feb. 19.

Letterwinner - Academic All-Big Ten - Competed in four open tournaments while also appearing in three duals early in the season, replacing Scott Schiller who was out with injury - Made his career dual debut in season-opening meet at Air Force, dropping a major decision to Jack Carda - Finished the season with back-to-back third-place finishes in tournaments - Began third-place run at Wisconsin Open with consecutive pins of Justin Benero (Harper College) and teammate Faris Karaborni - Also eanred a major decision during the Wisconsin Open, defeating Taylor Hilderbrandt (Wisconsin-Whitewater), 11-2, in the consolation semifinals - Began North Country Open with a first-period pin against Alex Kubicek (Rochester Community & Technical College) en route to a third-place finish
