Kevin LeValley joined the Golden Gopher staff in the fall of 2011 as an administrative assistant after a successful wrestling career at Bucknell University.
While competing for the Bison, Kevin made his mark by becoming one of three Bucknell wrestlers to earn All-American honors twice, doing so with consecutive seventh-place finishes at the 2010 and 2011 NCAA Championships. As a junior, he set a school record at 149 lbs. with a 42-win season. That year, he led team in wins (42), dual wins (16) and tech falls (6) on his way to placing second at the EIWA Championships. He came back and won the title the following year, beating Cornell's Kyle Dake, 4-2, in the second overtime. LeValley finished his collegiate career as Bucknell's all-time wins leader, with a career record of 127-40.
Kevin was selected to participate at the NWCA All-Star Classic in November 2010. In addition to his collegiate accomplishments, Kevin also represented the United States at the 2010 University World Championships in Torino, Italy.
