Three-time Iowa State Champion - All-Conference and All-State in 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012 - Earned All-America honors from USA Wrestling in 2011 and from Siouxland Sports Authority in 2012 - Held the conference, sectional, and district championship title all four years while in high school - Went 45-6 as a freshman in 2009 and posted a 43-2 record as a sophomore - Went undefeated (45-0) during his junior campaign - Dropped only one match in his senior season to compile an overall record of 50-1 - As a senior, helped his team to a 24-4 overall record and a 5th place finish at the State Duals - Named Iowa High School Class 1A Mr. Wrestler of the Year Finalist - Named team's Most Valuable Wrestler for three straight years (2010, 2011, 2012) - Holds the record for most career wins (183) at Woodbury Central - Wrestled for Head Coach Adam McElrath - Earned four varsity letters in wrestling, four in baseball, and one in speech - Named First Team All-Conference and Second Team All-District for baseball - Member of the High Honor Roll.
