2022-23 • FRESHMAN SEASON
- Won the ISU Last Chance Open at 125 pounds, going 2-0 with one technical fall.
- Went 3-2 at the Southern Scuffle, inlcuding first ranked win of his career to reach 125-pound semifinals
- Made first career start in season opener vs. Binghamton, defeating former NCAA qualifier Micah Roes by 4-3 decision
- Co-champion at the Bison Open with a 2-0 record, reaching the finals alongside Gopher teammate Patrick McKee
- A 2022 High school graduate of Plano West High School in Plano, Texas
- Competed outside of high school competition his junior and senior seasons at Texas Pride wrestling club under coach and Gopher alum John Hardy
- Won a 5A Oklahoma state title as a sophomore at 120 pounds at Collinsville High School
- Won a Pennsylvania prep state title and placed fourth at National Prep Championships as a freshman with Wyoming Seminary High School
- Won at the U.S Open at 57 kilograms with a dominant 9-0 win in the finals against Andre Gonzales
- Placed runner-up at the 2022 UWW Junior World Team trials
- Three-time Super 32 placewinner, including a career-best 2nd-place finish in 2020 at 126 pounds
- Son of Stephen Spratley and Deann Washer
- Has three younger siblings, Mackenzie, Lane, and Cael
- Wrestled with current Gopher teammate Tagen Jamison with Texas Pride
