2013 Season - Indoor: Finished ninth in the shot put at the Big Ten Championships with a season-best throw of 50-2 1/2 (15.30m) • won the shot at the Jack Johnson Classic, MSU Open and Parents Day Open. Outdoor: Won the shot put at the UNLV Invitational with a season-best throw of 49-0 3/4 (14.95m) • also won at the Meet of the Unsaintly • second at the Musco Twilight • season-best hammer throw was 165-7 (50.46m) at UNLV • Academic All-Big Ten.

2012 Season - Indoor: Competed in the shot put at the Big Ten Championships, placing 12th with a throw of 49-3 (15.02m) • set a personal record at the Meyo Invitational, launching a throw of 50-11 (15.52m) to place third and earn the sixth-best standing on Minnesota[apos]s all-time list • won the Jack Johnson Classic (49-7) and the Northwest Open (48-9) shot put competitions. Outdoor: Qualified for the NCAA West Preliminary Round as a freshman and finished 15th with a throw of 51-9 1/4 (15.78m) • took third in shot put at the Big Ten Championships with the fourth-best throw in Minnesota history, 52-6 (16.00m) • won six shot put titles during the season at the: Rider Invite, Tommie Twilight, Hamline Twilight, Aztec Invitational, Holst Invitational, and Hamline Invite • recorded a season-best hammer throw of 155-8 (47.45m) at the Aztec Invitational • finished third in hammer at the Holst Invitational • Academic All-Big Ten.

2011 Season: Redshirted both the indoor and outdoor seasons.

High School: A 2010 graduate of Eau Claire Memorial High School • high school coaches were Mark Johnson and Joel Robaidek • placed third in shot put with a throw of 46-0 at the 2010 Wisconsin Division 1 state meet • placed third in 2009, sixth in 2008, and 20th in 2007 • three-time Big Rivers Conference champion in shot put (2008-10) • also an all-conference swimmer • five-time E2 winner • two-time Real Life Academy participant.

Personal: Born September 21, 1991 • intends to major in biology • daughter of Paul and Jaci • has younger brothers Alex and Paul • loves animals and hopes to work with them some day.
