MINNESOTA SETS TWO PERSONAL BESTS AT THE IOWA STATE CLASSIC

Freshman Chris Dixon placed sixth in the triple jump with a jump of 49-10 (15.19m), which is a personal-best jump for him.
Sophomore Bob Quade placed first in the 600 yard run with a time of 1:10.35. Teammate Andy Wohlin placed third in the event with a time of 1:11.73.
Junior Marc Johannsen placed fourth in the high jump with a jump of 6-11 1/2 (2.12m).
The Golden Gophers will play host to the Snowshoe Invitational on Friday, Feb. 18 at 6 p.m. at the U of M Fieldhouse. Minnesota will compete in the Big Ten Championships on Feb.26 and 27.
