AUBURN BLANKS MINNESOTA 4-0 IN BLUE-GRAY CLASSIC OPENER

cThe 18th-ranked Auburn Tigers defeated the Golden Gopher men's tennis team 4-0 in the first round of the Blue-Gray Classic in Montgomery, Ala. Minnesota will face Clemson on Saturday.

The Tigers claimed four victories in singles play to clinch the match, leaving the others matches unfinished. Harsh Mankad dropped a tough, 7- 6, 6-4 match against George Matijasevic at No. 1 singles. All four of the victories for Auburn were in straight sets.
