BTN Televises Special on Track Championships

Golden Gopher fans, here’s your chance to catch all the action from the 2009 Big Ten Outdoor Track & Field Championships. The Big Ten Network will televise a 3-hour special on the meet on Sunday, May 24, at 4 p.m. CT. Watch for your Minnesota Big Ten event champions Hassan Mead in the 5,000 meters and the 10,000 meters, Liz Roehrig in the heptathlon, Alicia Rue in the pole vault, Aaron Studt in the shot put and Megan Duwell in the 10,000 meters as well as the championship performance of the Gopher men’s team as they cruised to the title.
