Scouting the Cornhuskers
Nebraska comes into Thursday's meet with a 5-1 record including a 20-12 upset last Saturday over No. 12 Wyoming on the road. The Cornhuskers list three ranked grapplers in their probable starters for Thursday including No. 2 Jordan Burroughs at 165 lbs.
Scouting the Roadrunners
Bakersfield enters Saturday's meet against Minnesota with just one dual under its belt this season -- a 23-10 loss to Stanford at home almost a month ago. But the Roadrunners have been busy since then with invitationals at Fullerton and last weekend in Las Vegas. Bakerfield is close to breaking into the NWCA poll, receiving votes in the coaches poll. The Roadrunners have a pair of ranked grapplers in No. 16 Trevor Hall (165 lbs.) and No. 18 Riley Orozco (197 lbs.)
Scouting the Titans
Fullerton carries an 0-3 overall record into Saturday night's showdown with the Gophers. The Titans have dropped duals to Cal Poly, Stanford and Arizona State. Fullerton's most recent loss was also its closest, a 25-19 loss to the 23rd ranked Sundevils on the road.
