Gophers to Have Annual Intraquad Meet on Friday

The University of Minnesota men's track and field team will host their annual Intrasquad Scrimmage tomorrow afternoon, at the UM Fieldhouse.
Events are set to get underway at 3:30 p.m. with the pole vault and 60M hurdles.Things will conclude at 5:30 with the 4X400 meter relay.
The event will simulate what a typical track meet is like for the team. Following the simulated meet the squad will break for a team meal.
Minnesota's first schedule competition is Friday Jan. 13 at the Holiday Inn Invitational, in Lincoln, NE. It will be a two-day event. The Gophers will also host the Northwest Open at the UM Fieldhouse on Saturday Jan. 14 at 11 a.m.
