Sophomore Leandro Toledo opened his run at the USTA/ITA National Indoor Intercollegiate Championship today in Flushing Meadows, N.Y and came out victorious to advances to the next round of play.

Toledo overpowered John Lamble of Santa Clara by scores of 6-4, 6-0. With the win, he moves to tomorrow's round of 16 where he will face the No. 5 seed UCLA's Marcus Giron.
