After this weekend's wins against North Carolina State three members of the Minnesota Swimming & Diving Program earn B1G weekly honors.

Kyler Van Swol was awarded B1G Male Swimmer of the Week. Kyler is a backstroke and butterfly swimmer for the Gophers, and is in his senior season. Against N.C. State this weekend, he took first place in both the 100-yard Fly with a time of 46.90 and the 200-yard Fly with a 1:44.85, both times are NCAA Provisional Cuts. Van Swol was also a member of the winning 400-yard Free Relay team to close out the meet. Kyler Van Swol was last awarded B1G Swimmer of the Week on Nov. 6, 2012. This honor is the fourth of his career.

Sophomore Manny Pollard is the B1G Male Diver of the Week. He took first in both one-meter and three-meter diving this weekend. He had top scores of 350.10 and 378.98 respectively. Both scores qualified him for NCAA Zone Diving standards. Manny was last awarded B1G Diver of the week earlier this season after his performance against Arizona State University. This honor is the second of his career.

Sarah McCrady was awarded B1G Female Diver of the Week. Just like Manny Pollard, Sarah took first in both diving events this weekend against North Carolina State. She scored a 306.83 in the one-meter and a 341.40 in the three-meter. Both scores qualified her for NCAA Zone Diving standards. Sarah McCrady was last awarded the B1G Diver of the Week on Oct. 15, 2013. This honor is the fourth of her career.

The Gophers head to Indiana to take on Purdue and Wisconsin in a B1G Triple Dual this Friday and Saturday.
