Five Gopher Gymnasts Earn Academic Honors

MINNEAPOLIS - Five Gopher gymnasts earned 2015 Scholstic All-American honors from the National Assosciation of Collegiate Gymnastics Coaches/Women (NACGC/W). As a team, the Golden Gophers finished with a cumulative GPA of 3.2279.
Among the five gymnasts earning top honors for the 2014-15 season are seniors Lindsay Mable and Madeline Hanley, juniors Bailey Abernathy and Bailie Holst and sophomore Rachel Rowland.
To qualify for the NACGC/W Scholastic honors, the student-athletes needed a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher from the 2014-15 academic year.
