Iowa at Minnesota

TEAM / SERIES NOTES
• Minnesota fell to 62-46-2 in the all-time series with Iowa, including 42-38-2 when the Floyd of Rosedale trophy is on the line. The Gophers are 39-17-1 all-time against Iowa at home, and are 3-4 over the past seven meetings.
• Tracy Claeys fell to 5-6 since taking over the head coaching duties eight games into the 2015 season.
• Iowa won the coin toss and deferred. Minnesota elected to receive and defend the east end zone.
• Minnesota dropped to 2-2 at home since 2012 when wearing today's uniform combo - Maroon helmet, Maroon jersey and White pants.
• The Gophers were 1-for-2 on Red Zone possessions. Through five games, Minnesota is 19-for-21 in the Red Zone, with touchdowns on 15-of-21 possessions.
• Today's season-high attendance was 49,145. Minnesota is averaging 44,902 per game through four home games.
• Minnesota was held scoreless in the first half of a game for the first time since losing 28-14 at Ohio State on Nov. 7, 2015.

INDIVIDUAL NOTES
• Mitch Leidner completed 13-of-33 pass attempts for 166 yards, with 75 yards coming on Minnesota's final drive.
• Shannon Brooks rushed for his third touchdown this season, and the 10th of his career. He led the Gophers with 10 carries for 55 yards.
• Rodney Smith rushed 11 times for 44 yards and added two receptions for three yards.
• Drew Wolitarsky was Minnesota's leading receiver, coming up with five catches on 12 targets for 58 yards.
• Brian Smith finished with three catches for 60 yards, giving him 10 receptions for 161 yards over the past two games.
• Rashad Still made two catches for 36 yards on the final drive. Both catches were initially ruled incomplete, but overturned following replay review.
• Jonathan Celestin registered a career-high 13 tackles (12 solo) to lead both teams.
• KiAnte Hardin and Kamal Martin each came up with his first career interception in the game. Hardin added a career-best seven tackles (four solo).
• Winston DeLattiboudere recorded his first career fumble recovery early in the fourth quarter. DeLattiboudere finished with two tackles.
