Pro Gophers Prep for NHL Season

MINNEAPOLIS – Fourteen Gopher Hockey alums will begin the 2020-21 NHL season on opening night rosters as the regular-season gets underway this week. Five additional Maroon & Gold alums will start the season on taxi squads for their NHL clubs.
The NHL season will officially begin on Jan. 13, 2021 with each team playing a 56-game regular-season schedule before the Stanley Cup playoffs.
