Lori spent five years with the Golden Gopher track and field team from 1993-1996. The Milwaukee, Wis., native attended Wisconsin Lutheran High School, and graduated from the University of Minnesota with a bachelor's degree in child psychology.

Hardrick is a staple in the Gopher record books. She ranks second all-time in the indoor triple jump, and eighth in the long jump. Hardrick is also one of the best sprinters in Minnesota history, as she was a member of two record-setting sprint relay teams. Before Hardrick arrived at Minnesota, she had a best triple jump of 37-0, which she improved to a then school-record 41-3 1/2 her senior year.

Lori helped lead the Gophers to a third place finish in Big Ten in 1995 when her 4x100 relay set a Minnesota varsity record in placing third. The team finished the race in 46.21,
breaking the old record of 46.72 set in 1990.

Lori currently lives in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area, and works at United Health Insurance.
