Gophers Announce Intrasquad Meet Details

It will take place on Dec. 9 at 1 p.m.
MINNEAPOLIS -- The Minnesota gymnastics team will host its intrasquad scrimmage on Saturday, Dec. 9 at 1 p.m. inside Maturi Pavilion. The meet will be free of admission for fans and B1G+ will stream.
The team is coming off a season in which it finished third at the Big Ten Championships and fifth in the NCAA Regionals.
Senior Mya Hooten leads the team after being named a WCGA All-American in both floor (first team) and vault (second team). She won Big Ten individual titles in both events as well. Fellow senior Gianna Gerdes returns as well after earning First Team All-Big Ten honors last season.
