McCauley to Represent Minnesota at NCAA Regionals

MINNEAPOLIS -- Sophomore Isabella McCauley (Inver Grove Heights, Minn.) has been selected to compete in the 2024 NCAA Women's Golf Championship Regionals May 6-8 in Auburn, Ala. at the Auburn University Club. This is McCauley's second-straight NCAA appearance in just her two-year Golden Gopher career.
The 73rd-ranked sophomore is fresh off her Big Ten Championship title where she posted an eight-under-par (64). McCauley has earned Big Ten Player of the Week twice this spring and has the lowest scoring average (72.19) on the team. Last season, McCauley competed in the NCAA Westfield Regional where she posted a three-round total of 209 (-7). That ended up punching her ticket to the NCAA Championship.
McCauley is the second seeded individual and will compete at the Auburn regional May 6-8. The top individual player will advance to the NCAA Championship Finals May 17-22 at Omni La Costa Resort & Spa in Carlsbad, Calif.
