Gophers Travel to Arizona for Westbrook Invitational

MINNEAPOLIS -- The University of Minnesota women's golf team is set to compete in the Westbrook Invitational for the fourth year in a row. The tournament will be held at the Westbrook Village Golf Club in Peoria, Ariz., from Feb. 23-24.
Playing in threesomes, the 14-team field will play 36 holes on Sunday, Feb. 23 and 18 holes Monday, Feb. 24. Competition will begin with a shotgun start at 9:30 a.m. CT both days. Live-scoring can be found at https://z.umn.edu/a8ar.
Lineup:
Minnesota's lineup will feature junior Isabella McCauley, sophomore Mariana Mesones, freshman Reese McCauley, sophomore Sara Tomaszewski, and junior Ruby Chi.
The Field:
The Gophers will be joined by Chattanooga, Colorado State, Kansas, Kansas State, Louisiana-Monroe, Missouri, Nebraska, Penn State, Sam Houston, South Florida, UNLV, Washington State, Wisconsin
The Course:
Competition will take place at the Westbrook Village Golf Club's Vista Course. The course plays as a par 72 and is 6,248 yards.
Looking Ahead:
Following the Westbrook Invitational, the team will head to Johns Island, S.C., for the Briars Creek Invitational on March 10-11.
