McCarthy, Reinke Record Best Times at Last Chance Meet

MADISON, Wisc. - Sophomores Katie McCarthy and Claire Reinke notched new personal bests in yesterday's women's last chance meets, hosted by the University of Wisconsin at the Soderholm Family Aquatic Center.
McCarthy improved her PR by nearly three seconds, recording a time of 16:05.75 in the 1650 free. Reinke secured her new PR of 1:55.96 in the 200 fly.
Additionally, freshman Livi Wanner reached a 48.37 in the 100 free and Ava Gustafson notched a 2:13.60 in the 200 breast.
Women's swimming qualifiers of the NCAA Championships will be announced on Wednesday, March 5.
