Minnesota Begins 2025-26 Season at ANNIKA Intercollegiate in Lake Elmo

MINNEAPOLIS -- The University of Minnesota women's golf team is set to begin its 2025-26 fall season, making their eighth appearance at the ANNIKA Intercollegiate presented by 3M from Sept. 8-10. The single tournament on home turf will be hosted at The Royal Golf Club in Lake Elmo, Minn. The Gophers will be joined by 11 other universities.
The three-day, 54-hole competition will begin Monday, Sept. 8 with 18 holes being played each day through Wednesday, Sept. 10. Tee times will begin at 8:30 a.m. CT each day of the tournament. Live Scoring can be found at https://z.umn.edu/aomy.
Lineup:
The Maroon and Gold lineup will feature senior Isabella McCauley, junior Mariana Mesones, senior newcomer Olivia Deakins, and sophomores Reese McCauley and Jordana Windhorst-Knudsen.
The Field:
The Gophers will tee off against Arizona State, Duke, Northwestern, Pepperdine, San Jose State, California Berkeley, Oregon, South Carolina, Southern California, Texas, and Wake Forest.
The Course:
The Royal Golf Club, designed by Annika Sörenstam and Arnold Palmer, will play as a 6,267-yard par 72. This is the seventh time The Royal Golf Club will host this tournament.
