2023 Outdoor Track and Field • Graduate Season: Made his season debut at the Raleigh Relays, finishing 35th in the 800m in a time of 1:51.39... Continued to compete in the 800m throughout the season, including at the Jim Click Shootout (1:52.41), Virginia Challenge (1:53.57) and also at the Running on Hope Invitational where he won in a time of 1:52.15... Competed at the Big Ten Outdoor Championships in the 800m, reaching his first Big Ten final of his career with a lifetime best 1:50.16 in the prelims... Went on to finish ninth in the Big Ten 800m final.

2021 Cross Country • Redshirt Senior Season: Served as a team alternate at both the NCAA Championships and Regionals • posted a personal best 5.2 Mile time at the Big Ten Championships, crossing 69th overall and eighth on the team in 26:34.4 • finished 47th in the men’s “B” race at the Nuttycombe Invitational in a time of 25:43.0 • placed 168th in the men’s gold 8k race at the Roy Griak Invitational • finished 61st at the Spiked Shoe Invitational.
2020 Cross Country • Redshirt Junior Season: Named Academic All-Big Ten honoree • did not compete.
2021 Indoor Track & Field • Senior Season: Competed at three meets • made B1G debut, placing sixth in the distance medley relay and running a career-best 1:52.06 to place 13th in the 800m at the Big Ten Indoor Championships • finished as 800m runner-up at the Hawkeye B1G Invitational • took seventh in the mile in a season-best 4:25.14 at the Husker Triangular.

2018 Cross Country • Redshirt Freshman Season: Ran in four meets in his first season with the Gophers, scoring for the team in a pair of races • made his Gophers debut with a seventh-place finish at the Greeno/Dirksen Invite, helping Minnesota to a team title with a season-best 8K time of 25:12.6 • finished 44th at the Griak Invitational with a time of 25:41.0 • scored for the Maroon & Gold at Pre-Nationals with an 8K time of 25:23.3, finishing 136th • made Big Ten Championships debut, running 26:20.0 for 8K to place 96th.
2019 Indoor Track & Field • Sophomore Season: Finished as the runner-up in the 800 meters at the Snowshoe Open with a time of 1:56.11 • Added a pair of top-10 finishes in the mile run, posting a fifth-place showing at the Jack Johnson Classic (4:16.68) and an eighth-place finish at the Graduate Classic (4:20.56).
2019 Outdoor Track & Field • Redshirt Freshman Season: Posted five top-10 finishes, including three wins in the 800 meters • won the 800 meters at the Hamline Invite (1:55.62), Meet of the UnSaintly (1:55.86), and Bolstorff Twilight (1:56.30) • finished as runner-up in the 1,500 meters at the Stanford Invite with a time of 3:54.48 • took fourth in the 1,500m at the Minnesota Men's Twilight with a time of 3:56.13.

High School: A 2017 graduate of Hopkins High School where he competed for coaches Mike Harris and Nick Lovas • three-time state champion, winning the 2017 MSHSL Class AA state 1,600 meter championship and back-to-back MSHSL Class AA state 4x800m relay championships in 2015 and 2016 • the 2016 title in the 4x800 resulted in a new Minnesota state record of 7:44.56 • helped Hopkins High School claim the 2014 MSHSL Class AA state track & field championship and the 2015 MSHSL Class AA state cross country championship • five-time all-state selection (two in cross country, three in track) • seven-time all-conference selection (three in cross country, three in track, one in Nordic skiing) • 11-time letter winner • holds school records in the 4x800m relay, 800m, and 5,000m.
