2021 Indoor Track & Field • Redshirt Junior Season: Competed at four meets • made B1G indoor debut, placing sixth in the distance medley relay and running a career-best 4:05.89 to place 11th in the mile at the Big Ten Indoor Championships • ran a career-best 14:44.38 in the 5,000m to place seventh at the Husker Triangular.
2021 Outdoor Track & Field • Redshirt Junior Season: Competed at three meets • ran a career-best 3:45.70 to place 15th in the 1,500m at the Big Ten Championships • ran a career-best 1:54.24 to place third in the 800m at the Indiana Invite #1.
2019 Cross Country • Redshirt Sophomore Season: Earned first letter in cross country • ran three races • finished 70th overall and seventh on the team at the Griak Invitational with an 8K time of 26:25.6 • ran an 8K career-best time of 25:07.4 to lead the team and place fourth overall at the Jim Drews Invitational • made NCAA debut, finishing as the sixth Gopher in 67th overall with a 10K time of 32:22.8 at the NCAA Midwest Regional.
2020 Indoor Track & Field • Redshirt Sophomore Season: Ran six races with two appearances in the 800 meters and four appearances in the mile • won the 800 meters in a season-best 1:55.86 at the Minnesota Cold Classic • ran a season-best 4:10.50 in the mile at the Iowa State Classic • indoor season ended on March 12, 2020, when the Big Ten and NCAA announced they were ceasing competitions and championships because of COVID-19 public health concerns.

2018 Cross Country • Redshirt Freshman Season: Competed in two races for the Gophers while scoring in both races • recorded new 8K career bests in both races • opened the season with a ninth-place finish at the Greeno/Dirksen Invite (25:16.3 for 8K) to help Minnesota claim the team title • posted a new 8K personal record of 25:09.7 at the Griak Invitational, finishing 21st.
2019 Indoor Track & Field • Redshirt Freshman Season: Did not see action for the Maroon & Gold during the 2019 indoor track & field season.
2019 Outdoor Track & Field • Redshirt Freshman Season: Earned first letter in track & field • competed in the 1,500 meters and 4x1600-meter relay • recorded three top-10 finishes for the Maroon & Gold including one win • posted a personal record of 3:49.15 in the 1,500 meters at the Big Ten Championships • won the 1,500 meters at the Minnesota Men's Twilight with a time of 3:51.48 • finished as 1,500-meter runner-up showing in the 1,500 meters at the Tomcat Twilight • helped the 4x1600-meter relay team to a fourth-place finish (16:41.73) at Drake Relays.
2017 Cross Country • Freshman Season: Redshirted the 2017 cross country season • raced in three meets as an unattached competitor • finished sixth at the Oz Memorial (20:39.4 for four miles) • placed 54th at the Griak Invitational (26:41.4 for 8K) • won the Fall Finale (25:53 for 8K), giving Minnesota its 11th-straight individual champion at the event • represented the Gophers and the United States at the 2018 NACAC Cross Country Championships in El Salvador, finishing 22nd (27:08.0) in the men’s U20 race • placed fourth (25:22.0) in the Junior Men’s 8K at the 2018 USA Cross Country Championships in Florida.

High School: A 2017 graduate of Fargo Davies High School • won the 2016 North Dakota Class A cross country state title as a senior with a time of 15:31 • became Fargo Davies’ first state champion in cross country • named 2016 Powerade North Dakota Senior Athlete of the Year • earned 2016 North Dakota state track & field titles in the 3,200 meters and 1,600 meters • won both the 1,500 meters and 3,000 meters at the 2016 USATF Junior Olympic National Championships.
