2020 Indoor Track & Field • Junior Season: Named All-American in the 4x400-meter relay • named Academic All-Big Ten honoree • earned third letter in track & field • finished third in the 4x400-meter relay and ninth in the 600 meters at the Big Ten Indoor Championships • ran a career-best 1:55.05 as 800-meter runner-up at the Minnesota Open • ran a season-best 1:17.63 in the 600 meters at the Meyo Invitational • qualified for the NCAA Indoor Championships in the 4x400-meter relay, but the indoor season ended on March 12, 2020, when the Big Ten and NCAA announced they were ceasing competitions and championships because of COVID-19 public health concerns.

2019 Indoor Track & Field • Sophomore Season: Competed in the 200 meters, 400 meters, 600 meters, and 4x400-meter relay • won five event titles and recorded 13 top-10 finishes • ran career bests in both the 200 meters (22.08) and 400 meters (47.71) at the Iowa State Classic • finished fourth in the 600 meters (1:17.87) and sixth in the 4x400 meter relay (3:09.61) at the 2019 Big Ten Indoor Track & Field Championships • won the 600 meters at the Graduate Classic (1:18.36) and the Power Five Invite (1:18.53) • ran on winning 4x400-meter relay teams at the Iowa State Classic (3:10.61), the Power Five Invite (3:11.21) and the SDSU Holiday Open (3:16.08).
