2021 Outdoor Track & Field • Redshirt Senior Season: Competed at six meets with appearances in the 400m and 4x400m relay • led off the 22nd-place 4x400m relay at the NCAA West Prelim • finished fourth in the 4x400m relay in a season-best 3:08.58 and ran a season-best 47.94 to place 13th in the 400m at the Big Ten Championships • won the 4x400m relay and placed fourth in the 400m at the M City Classic.

2020 Indoor Track & Field • Senior Season: Named All-American in the distance medley relay and 4x400-meter relay • earned second letter in track & field • competed in 200 meters, 400 meters, 4x400-meter relay, and distance medley relay • posted 11 top-10 finishes, including a win in the 400 meters at the Minnesota Open • scored for Minnesota at the 2020 Big Ten Indoor Track & Field Championships in the 400 meters (fifth), 4x400-meter relay (third), and distance medley relay (fourth) • recorded Minnesota’s top performances of the season in all three events • ran a season-best 46.83 in the B1G 400-meter final to tie for seventh in program history • helped the distance medley relay run 9:31.52 at the Alex Wilson Invitational to rank third in program history • set a personal record of 22.24 in the 200 meters at the McCravy Memorial • qualified for the 2020 NCAA Track & Field Championships in the distance medley relay and 4x400-meter relay, but the indoor season ended on March 12, 2020, when the Big Ten and NCAA announced they were ceasing competitions and championships because of COVID-19 public health concerns.

2019 Indoor Track & Field • Junior Season: Competed in the 200 meters, 400 meters, and 4x400-meter relay • notched nine top-10 finishes, including three event wins • won the 400 meters at the Graduate Classic with a time of 48.51 • won two titles in the 4x400-meter relay at the Iowa State Classic (3:10.61) and Power Five Invite (3:11.21) • ran Minnesota's top times of the year in both the 400 meters (47.51) and 4x400-meter relay (3:09.61) at the 2019 Big Ten Indoor Track & Field Championships • moved into 10th all-time in the 400 meters with his career-best time of 47.51 during the B1G prelims • finished sixth in the 4x400-meter relay and ninth in the 400 meters at the Big Ten Indoor Track & Field Championships.

2018 Outdoor Track & Field • Sophomore Season: Competed at seven meets during the 2018 outdoor track & field season • finished ninth in the 4x400-meter relay, 14th in the 4x100-meter relay, and 15th in the 400 meters at the 2018 NJCAA Outdoor Championships • earned three top-four finishes at the 2018 NJCAA Region I Championships, finishing second in the 400 meters, third in the 4x100-meter relay, and fourth in the 200 meters for Central Arizona College.
