2021 Indoor Track & Field • Sixth Year: Named team co-captain • competed unattached at one meet, placing ninth in the 60m hurdles and 11th in pole vault with an indoor career-best mark of 4.90m (16-00.75) at the Hawkeye B1G Invitational.

2021 Outdoor Track & Field • Sixth Year: Named Second Team All-American in the decathlon • named Academic All-Big Ten honoree • NCAA Championships qualifier in the decathlon • competed at six meets, including two appearances in the decathlon • finished 14th in the decathlon with 7,330 points at the NCAA Championships • anchored the 22nd-place 4x400m relay at the NCAA West Prelim • placed sixth in the decathlon at the Big Ten Championships, scoring a career-best 7,482 points to move into seventh in Minnesota history • recorded career bests in the 1500m (4:33.55) and shot put (12.90m, 42-04.00) and recorded season bests in the 400m (50.23) and high jump (1.97m, 6-05.50) during the B1G decathlon • recorded career bests in the 100m (11.14) and javelin (50.27m, 164-11) at the B1G Florida Invite • ran a career-best 14.37 as runner-up in the 110m hurdles at the M City Classic • recorded career bests in long jump (6.97m, 22-10.50), pole vault (5.00m, 16-04.75), and discus (43.36m, 142-03) at the Indiana Invite #1 • ended the season ranked seventh in decathlon (7,482) among all-time Gophers.

2020 Indoor Track & Field • Redshirt Senior Season: Team captain • named USTFCCCA All-Academic, Big Ten Distinguished Scholar, and Academic All-Big Ten honoree • competed in the heptathlon and related events • posted three top-10 finishes led by a runner-up showing in the heptathlon at the Jack Johnson Classic • his 5,539 points at meet marked Minnesota’s best heptathlon performance of the season • recorded a personal record in the pole vault at the Iowa State Classic with a mark of 4.86 meters (15-11.25 ft.).

2020 Outdoor Track & Field • Redshirt Senior Season: The 2020 outdoor track & field season was canceled on March 12, 2020, when the Big Ten and NCAA announced they were ceasing competitions and championships because of COVID-19 public health concerns.

2019 Indoor Track & Field • Senior Season: Team captain • redshirted the 2019 indoor season • won the heptathlon at the Jack Johnson Classic while competing unattached, matching his personal record of 5,717 points • earned three wins in the 60-meter hurdles and three wins in the pole vault • won both events at the Minnesota Open and the UST Invite while also picking up the 60-meter hurdles crown at the SDSU Holiday Open and the pole vault crown at the Iowa State Classic. 

2019 Outdoor Track & Field • Senior Season:Team captain • named Academic All-Big Ten • redshirted the 2019 outdoor season • set a new personal record to win the decathlon at Drake Relays at 7,478 points while competing unattached. 

2018 Indoor Track & Field • Junior Season: Named Second Team All-American in the heptathlon, finishing 10th at the NCAA Indoor Track & Field Championships • scored 5,717 points in the heptathlon at the national championships to rank fourth all-time at Minnesota • won the heptathlon at the Jack Johnson Classic with 5,581 points • finished third in the heptathlon at the Big Ten Indoor Track & Field Championships and placed second at the SDSU Open • won the 60-meter hurdles at the Minnesota Open • finished as runner-up in the long jump at the Snowshoe Open.

2018 Outdoor Track & Field • Junior Season: Earned first letter in track & field • posted a pair of top-10 finishes in the decathlon, finishing fourth at the Big Ten Outdoor Track & Field Championships and ninth at the Bryan Clay Invitational • scored 7,402 points in the decathlon at the Big Ten meet to rank eighth in program history • won the 110-meter hurdles at the TomCat Twilight (14.41)

Before Minnesota: Spent two years at the University of Sioux Falls • a two-time NCAA Division II All-American • 2017 NSIC Men's Field Athlete of the Year • earned First Team All-America accolades with a seventh-place showing in the heptathlon (2017) and Second Team All-America honors with a 12th-place showing in the decathlon (2017) • holds three USF school records (60-meter hurdles, heptathlon, decathlon) as well as the NSIC decathlon record. 

High School:  A graduate of South St. Paul High School.
