2019 Indoor Track & Field • Redshirt Freshman Season: Competed at six meets with appearances in the 400 meters, 600 meters, and 4x400-meter relay • earned top-10 performances in all 10 races • won two titles at the UST Invite, claiming the 400-meter title at 50.93 and the 4x400-meter relay title at 3:25.43 • ran a career-best 50.17 in the 400 meters at the SDSU Holiday Open • ran a career-best 1:21.37 in the 600 meters at the Snowshoe Open.

2018 Outdoor Track & Field • Freshman Season: Redshirted the 2018 outdoor track & field season • competed unattached in the 400-meter hurdles • won the 400-meter hurdles at the Bolstorff Twilight (53.70) and the SMU Open (53.79).
High School: A 2017 graduate of East Ridge High School • helped East Ridge win its first state title in program history in winning the 2017 MSHSL Class AA State Championship • won two state titles as a senior, running on the winning 4x400-meter relay team (3:20) and the winning 4x200-meter relay team (1:27.19) • finished as state runner-up in the 300-meter hurdles (38.11) • two-time all-state honoree (2016, 2017) • four-time all-conference selection (2014-17) • five-time conference champion, winning titles in the 300-meter hurdles (2017), 4x200-meter relay (2017), 4x400-meter relay (2016, 2017), and 4x800-meter relay (2016) • owns five East Ridge High School records in the 300-meter hurdles (37.82), 110-meter hurdles (15.1), 4x800-meter relay (8:02), 4x400-meter relay (3:18.93), and 4x200-meter relay (1:27.19) • named East Ridge’s MVP as a senior • competed for Shannon Rainey as well as Lloyd Ness, Kieta Cline, Kelsey Joson, and Abby Adkins • earned seven athletic letters in high school (four in track & field, two in soccer, one in basketball) as well as four academic letters • helped East Ridge to a state runner-up performance in soccer as a junior • competed at New Balance Nationals.
