2021 Indoor Track & Field • Redshirt Senior Season: Joined the Gophers as a graduate student • did not compete during the indoor season.

2021 Outdoor Track & Field • Redshirt Senior Season: Competed at five meets with appearances in the 400m hurdles and 4x400m relay • advanced to the NCAA West Prelim in the 400m hurdles and 4x400m relay but pulled out of the 400m hurdles final due to injury • ran a career-best 50.95 to place fifth in the B1G 400m hurdles and improve his time at third in Minnesota history and finished fourth in the 4x400m relay (3:08.58) at the Big Ten Championships • won the 400m hurdles and the 4x400m relay at the M City Classic • ended the season ranked third in the 400m hurdles (50.95) among all-time Gophers.

2019-20 • Senior Season: Did not compete during the indoor season • the 2020 outdoor track & field season was canceled due to COVID-19 public health concerns.

2018-19 • Junior Season: Competed at two meets for the Spartans during the indoor season • named All-Big Ten Second Team honoree following a runner-up finish in the distance medley relay at the Big Ten Indoor Championships • placed second in the DMR, 10th in the 4x400m relay, and 19th in the 600m (career-best 1:20.30) at the B1G indoor meet • ran an indoor career-best 50.10 in the 400m at the Music City Challenge • competed at six meets during the outdoor season • placed seventh in the 400m hurdles after running a career-best 52.10 during prelims and finished 13th in the 4x400m relay at the Big Ten Outdoor Championships • made NCAA East Prelim debut, placing 34th in the 400m hurdles • ran an outdoor career-best 49.69 in the 400m at the Raleigh Relays.
