2012 Season - Indoor: Ran the third leg of the Gopher[apos]s 4x400-meter relay team that placed third and posted the fifth-fastest time in school history at the Big Ten Championships (3:09.52) •also ran the second leg of the distance medley relay and competed in the 400m • ran the first leg of the 4x400m relay that placed fifth with the fourth-fastest time in school history at the Alex Wilson Invitational (3:06.87) • 4x400m team won at the Bill Bergan Invite (3:09.93) and the Jack Johnson Classic (3:15.30) • won the open 400m at both the Snowshoe Open and Jack Johnson Classic with times of 48.16 and 48.38, respectively • ran the first leg of the 4x400 meter relay team that took third at the Iowa State Classic (3:09.00) • finished second in the 400m at the Bill Bergan Invite (48.08) • placed fourth in the 600m at the Holiday Inn Invitational (1:20.42). Outdoor:Ran in seven meets • clocked a season-best time of 48.00 in 400 meters in Big Ten prelim • won the event at the TomCat Twilight • a member of Gophers[apos] 4x400-meter relay and sprint medley relay at the Drake Relays • an Academic All-Big Ten honoree • varsity letterwinner.
2009 Season - Redshirted the indoor and outdoor seasons.
High School: A 2008 graduate of Mounds View High School • high school coaches were Dick Riter and Ross Fleming • four-time all-state performer, three coming in relays • ran on the 2007 Minnesota Class AA champion 4x400-meter relay • finished third in the 400 meters that season as well (49.18) • competed in the 2007 Nike Outdoor Nationals placing fourth in 4x400m relay.
