>> Minnesota finished 2024 with an 8-5 record, 5-4 Big Ten record and the program’s sixth bowl game appearance under Coach Fleck.
>> The Golden Gophers defeated Virginia Tech, 24-10, in the Duke’s Mayo Bowl for the program’s eighth straight bowl victory, which is a Big Ten record and tied for the fourth longest in college football history.
>> Playing on Black Friday for the first time, Minnesota downed Wisconsin, 24-7 in Madison for its third win in the series in the past four years.
>> Tackle Aireontae Ersery finished his Gopher career with All-American honors and being named the Big Ten Rimington-Pace Offensive Lineman of the Year.
>> Safety Koi Perich became the first freshman in school history to earn All-American accolades and was one of five finalists for the Shaun Alexander Freshman of the Year Award.
