2021-22 Freshman Season: Winner of Hardest Worker Award, Most Improved Award, Women's Team Spirit Award and Outstanding Student-Athlete Award (GPA of 3.50+) at team banquet • made NCAA Championships debut by finishing 21st in the 100 free (48.03), 39th in the 50 free (22.36) and 52nd in the 200 free (1:48.54); also part of the 200 free relay that placed 21st (1:28.79), the 800 free relay that also placed 21st (7:10.95), and the 400 free relay that came in 24th (3:16.46) • finished eighth in the 100 free finals (48.66), ninth in the 50 free finals (22.19) and 19th in the 200 free finals (1:47.23) at the Big Ten Championships; also part of the 200 free relay that took third and set a school record (1:27.92), the 400 medley relay that took fifth (3:33.34) and the 400 free relay (3:15.75) and 800 free relay (7:04.66) that both placed sixth • swam second on the 200 free relay (1:28.43) that hit an 'A' cut and tied a school record, and helped the 400 free relay (3:15.82) and 800 free relay (7:12.06) to second-place finishes in a tri-dual against Northwestern and Iowa; also won the 200 free (1:46.09) and placed third in the 100 free (48.77) and fourth in the 50 free (22.43) en route to winning Big Ten Freshman of the Week honors • won the 100 free (50.21) and took second in the 50 free (23.13) and 200 free (1:49.88) in a tri-dual versus Wisconsin and Michigan; also helped a 400 free relay team to third (3:24.07) • at the Minnesota Invite, placed fourth in the 50 free finals (22.43), sixth in the 100 free finals (48.96) and 10th in the 200 free finals (1:46.83), posting 'B' cuts in all three events; also finished 34th in the 100 fly prelims (54.97) and helped the 200 free relay to a fifth-place finish (1:29.49), the 400 free relay (3:18.83) and 800 free relay (7:10.95) to eighth-place finishes and the 400 medley relay to ninth (3:35.99) • versus Wisconsin, won the 100 free (49.96), placed second in the 200 free (1:49.78) and 400 free relay (3:23.28), and seventh in the 100 fly (56.20) • named Big Ten Freshman of the Week after winning the 50 free (23.34), 200 free relay (1:33.08) and 200 medley relay (1:42.41) against St. Thomas and winning the 100 free (50.56), 200 free (1:49.81) and 400 free relay (3:23.78) against Nebraska • in her collegiate debut, won the 100 back (56.22) at Iowa

High School/Club: A 2021 graduate of Uxbridge Secondary School • competed solely for the Uxbridge Swim Club • competed at the 2020 Canadian Olympic Swimming Trials, finishing sixth in the 50m freestyle • finaled in two events at the 2019 Canadian Junior Championships, placing fourth in the 50m free and sixth in the 100m free • touched third in the 50m free and 50m fly, fifth in the 100m fly and sixth in the 100m free at the 2019 Speedo Eastern Canadian Championships.

Personal: Daughter of Brinley and Clair Cornish • her father, Clair, played professional hockey for the Oshawa Generals at the OHL level • has one sibling, Noah • enjoys hiking with her family and painting • plans to major in Kinesiology.
