2025 Outdoor Track & Field • Sophomore Season: Broke out in second collegiate season, reaching the NCAA West Regional for the first time in the 400m hurdles and claiming a Big Ten silver medal... Dropped back-to-back lifetime bests in the 400m hurdles at the Big Ten Championships, finishing with a runner-up finish in the final of 50.49... Reached the Big Ten Championships 400m hurdles final with a preliminary time of 50.86... Finished 41st at the NCAA West Regional in the 400m hurdles... Was third at the LSU Invitational 400m hurdles in a time of 52.07... Ran a 47.56 in the 400m at the USF Alumni Invite... Also ran at Hamline's Meet of the UnSaintly, Beach Invite, Bryan Clay Invitational, Florida Relays and the Arizona Spring Break Fiesta... Earned Spring Academic All-Big Ten honors for work in the classroom... Ended the season with the third-fastest 400m hurdles time (50.49) in school history - becoming the fastest Gopher in the event since 2004 (Mikael Jakobsson, 49.72).

Finished fifth at the Big Ten Outdoor Championships in the 400m hurdles, clocking a 52.65... Set a personal best in the prelims of the Big Ten Outdoor Championships in the 400m hurdles, putting forth a time of 52.21 to qualify for the conference final... Ran to a 14th place finish at the Big Ten Outdoor Championships in the 400m with a time of 48.15... Made his official debut with the Gophers at the Hurricane Invitational in Miami, Fla., finishing ninth in the 400m in a time of 48.42... Clocked a seasons best 47.75 in the 400m at the LSU Alumni Gold to finish 22nd... Was the runner-up at the Gary Wilson Invitational in the 400m hurdles in a time of 52.78.
PRIOR TO MINNESOTA: Competed in track and field for just two years in high school... Was a fourth-place finisher at the 2023 MSHSL State Track and Field Championships in his second season in the sport... Held a personal best time of 48.81 in the 400m that he set in the state preliminary rounds in 2023... Played soccer as well as participating in track and field in high school.
