2023 Outdoor Track & Field • Sophomore Season: Ran in two meets for the Golden Gophers during his second season at the college level... Clocked a season-best 400m time at the Running on Hope Invitational, clocking a 50.78 to finish 13th.
2022 Outdoor Track & Field • Freshman Season: Competed in three outdoor meets for the Maroon and Gold... Made his debut at the Hamline Invitational in the 400m... Ran a season-best 49.18 at the Holst Invitational in the 400m to finish second.
High School: A 2021 graduate of Rosemount High School, where he competed for head coach Jay Hateli • helped Rosemount HS to a 2021 team championship title at the 2021 Class AA MSHSL State Championships • finished third in the 400m at the 2019 Class AA MSHSL State Championships • helped Rosemount HS to three straight conference championship team titles • two-time all-state honoree • two-time team captain over his junior and senior seasons • holds school records in the 4x200m and 4x100m relays, as well as the school-freshman record in the 400m and 200m.
