Indoor Track & Field

Competed in the 600 meters, the 800 meters and the mile run with six top-10 finishes.
Ran a season best 600 meters time of 1:19.81 to finish eighth at the Wieczorek Invitational.
Was the 600 meter runner-up at the Graduate Classic and the Snowshoe Open.
Recorded season-best marks in the 800 meters (1:54.91) and the mile run (4:35.04).

Outdoor Track & Field

Competed in the 800 meters and the 4x800 meter relay with three top-10 finishes.
Ran 1:53.05 in the 800 meters at the Duke Invitational for his top performance of the year while his runner-up finish in the 800 meters at the Minnesota Men's Twilight was his top finish of the season.
Helped the 4x800 meter relay squad run 7:26.42 to place fifth at Drake Relays.

2018 SEASON
Indoor Track & Field

Competed in the 600 meters, the 800 meters and the 4x400 meter relay with two wins and seven top-10 finishes.
Earned two event titles in the 600 meters at the SDSU Open (1:19.74) and The Dual (1:19.20).
Posted his fastest 600 time of the season in the Big Ten prelims at 1:18.48 before running 1:18.59 to finish third in the finals.
Clocked a 1:50.92 for his fastest 800 meters of the season at the Iowa State Classic while his best finish in the event was a third-place performance at the Snowshoe Open.
Combined to run a 3:17.19 4x400 meter relay at the Power Five Invitational for his best time of the year and finished second in the event at the Snowshoe Open for his top finish.

Outdoor Track & Field

Competed in the 400 meters, the 800 meters, the 4x400 meter relay and the 4x800 meter relay with four top-10 finishes.
Placed third in the 800 meters and ran 1:50.01 at UCLA for his best performance and finish of the season.
Finished second in the 4x800 meter relay at National Relays with a time of 7:28.66 while running 3:22.25 in the Baldy Castillo Invitational 4x400 meter relay to place seventh.
Ran 49.02 in his only 400 meter competition of the season at the Baldy Castillo Invitational.
Earned first letter.

2017 SEASON
Indoor Track & Field

Redshirted the 2017 indoor track & field season.
Won the 600-meter crown at the Snowshoe Open (1:19.18) while competing unattached.
Won the 800-meter title at the UST Showcase (1:52.11) while competing unattached.

Outdoor Track & Field

Redshirted the 2017 outdoor track & field season.
Won three titles in the 800 meters while competing unattached -- the Holst Invitational (1:50.42), the Ashton May Invite (1:51.17) and the Tomcat Twilight (1:51.85).
