Indoor Track & Field
  • Competed in the 600 meters during the 2019 indoor track campaign. 
  • Posted top-10 performances in all six of his races. 
  • Won the men's 600 meters at the UST Invite with a time of 1:22.57. 
  • Ran a personal 600 meter record of 1:20.71 to finish second at the Minnesota Open. 
Outdoor Track & Field 
  • Competed in the 400-meter hurdles during the 2019 outdoor track campaign. 
  • Posted four top-10 finishes over the course of the season. 
  • Won the Minnesota Men's Twilight men's 400-meter hurdles with a season-best mark of 52.65. 
  • Represented the Gophers at the 2019 Big Ten Outdoor Track & Field Championships. 
  • Academic All-Big Ten.
