2021 Indoor Track & Field • Senior Season: Competed at four meets • placed seventh in the mile and ninth in the 3,000m at the Big Ten Indoor Championships • ran a career-best 4:03.98 in the mile prelims at the B1G Championships • ran a career-best 8:02.60 in the 3,000m at the Hawkeye B1G Invite to rank ninth in program history • ran a career-best 14:17.59 in the 5,000m at the Husker Triangular • ended the season ranked ninth in the 3,000m (8:02.60) in Minnesota history.

2018 Cross Country • Redshirt Freshman Season: Named Big Ten Distinguished Scholar and Academic All-Big Ten • competed in three races for the Gophers • opened the season with a 13th-place finish at the Oz Memorial, running 21:15.8 for four miles • placed 84th at the Griak Invitational with an 8K time of 26:32.0 • recorded new career bests for finish (fourth) and 8K time (25:37) at the Fall Finale, helping Minnesota to a team title at the race.
2019 Indoor Track & Field • Sophomore Season: Competed in the mile run with one win and two top-10 finishes • earned a win in the mile at the Wieczorek Invitational with a time of 4:12.56 • posted his fastest mile of the season at the Iowa State Classic, running 4:07.86.
2019 Outdoor Track & Field • Sophomore Season: Named Academic All-Big Ten and Big Ten Distinguished Scholar • earned first letter in track & field • competed in the 1,500 meters and 4x1,600-meter relay with five top-10 finishes • ran Minnesota's fastest 1,500 meters of the year at 3:49.07 to finish third at Drake Relays • helped the 4x1,600-meter relay squad finish fourth at Drake Relays with a time of 16:41.73 • had top-10 finishes in the 1,500 meters at the Duke Invitational (sixth), Jim Click Shootout (second) and Stanford Invite (sixth).
2017 Cross Country • Freshman Season: Redshirted the 2017 cross country season • ran in three meets as an unattached competitor • finished 39th at the Oz Memorial (21:47.3 for four miles) • placed 107th at the Griak Invitational (28:13.0 for 8K) • finished the year with a fifth-place showing at the Fall Finale (26:39 for 8K).
2018 Indoor Track & Field • Freshman Season: Competed in the 800 meters and mile with a pair of top-10 finishes • posted season-best 800-meter time at the Snowshoe Open, running 1:57.45 to finish sixth • added a fourth-place finish in the 800 meters at the Minnesota Open, finishing fourth for his top finish of the season • his performance in the mile at the Iowa State classic was his top performance of the year at 4:14.17.
2018 Outdoor Track & Field • Freshman Season: Competed in the 800 meters, 1,500 meters, mile, and 4x1,500-meter relay with four top-10 finishes • clocked a 1:54.50 in the 800 meters at the Dakota Relays for his top performance of the season, finishing 11th • finished ninth in the 800 meters at the Tomcat Twilight • finished sixth in the 1,500 meters (3:55.21) and 10th in the mile (4:19.29) at the UWL Final Qualifier • ran to a seventh-place finish in the 4x1,500-meter relay at National Relays (15:47.57).
High School: A 2017 graduate of Hammarskjold • won a Canadian National U-18 championship in the 1,500 meters and added a bronze medal in the 3,000 meters • competed as a prep for Joe McDonough and Kyle Mcgillivray • also competed in tennis, football, basketball badminton, cross country skiing, and soccer • a four-time Honour Roll selection • competed for Lakehead Running Club.
