2025 Outdoor Track & Field • Freshman Season: Completed a redshirt season... Ran four meets during the outdoor season... Opened up the outdoor season at the Hamline Invitational with a 3000m steeplechase season-best time of 9:24.58... Clocked a 5000m time of 14:14.28 at the 115th Drake Relays in Des Moines, Iowa... Was sixth in the 1500m at Hamline's 'Meet of the UnSaintly' in a time of 3:48.98... Was fourth at the UWL Final Qualifier in the 3000m steeplechase (9:26.24).
2024 Cross Country • Freshman Season: Completed a redshirt season... Ran five meets unattached during the cross country season... Was second at the USATF U20 XC Championships in January of 2025 in a time of 25:38.89, just behind teammate Sam Scott who won the event... Ran to a 16:08.7 time at the Oz Memorial... Was 30th overall at the 2025 Roy Griak Invitational in an 8K time of 25:44.4... Finished as the Blugold Invite 8K runner-up in a time of 24:48.1... Was the runner-up at the 2025 Rocky's Run in a time of 15:22.0.
HIGH SCHOOL: Was the Minnesota 1600m and 3200m state runner-up... Completed one of his best performances of his young career, winning the boys championship 5000m in a personal best 14:36.44 at New Balance Nationals Outdoor in Philadelphia... Was also fourth at the Class AAA State Cross Country Championships in 2023... On the track dropped four seconds from his 1600m time from his junior season to senior season and brought home a pair of silver medals from the state meet in 2024.
