Indoor: Highlights include top three finishes in events at the Northwest Open, the Jack Johnson Classic, the Iowa State Classic, and the Snowshoe Open.Â Outdoor: Competed in meets at the Stanford Invitational, the Texas Invitational, the Drake Relays, the Golden Bear Twilight (which included a win in the 400 meter hurdles), and the Musco Twilight.Â

Indoor: At the 2014 Northwest Open finished 3rd in the 600 meters with a time of 1:21.29 - at the 2014 Jack Johnson Classic placed 22nd with a time of 23.38 seconds - at the Bill Bergan Invitational placed 22nd in the 200 meter dash with a time of 23.00 - at the same meet finished 7th in the 600 yards with a time of 1:11.41 - at the 2014 Iowa State Classic, finished 8th in the 600 yards with a time of 1:12.18 - finished 2nd in the 600 meters with a time of 1:20.14 at the 2014 Snowshoe Open - at the 2014 Big Ten Championships placed 17th in the 600 meters with a time of 1:18.98. Outdoor: Placed 26th at the Stanford Invitational with a time of 55.83 in the 400 meter hurdles - won the 400 meter hurdles at the Hamline Invitational with a time of 54.26 - at the 2014 Sun Angel Classic placed 5th in the 400 meter hurdles with a time of 52.70 - won the 400 meter hurdles with a time of 54.27 at the Tom Cat Twilight - placed 20th at the Drake Relays in the 400 meter hurdles with a time of 57.96 - at the 2014 Musco Twilight placed 12th in the 400 meter hurdles with a time of 52.46.

A 2012 graduate of Eden Prairie High School (Minn.) - competed for head coach Bruce Kivimaki - helped Eden Prairie to a fifth-place finish in the 4x400 at the 2012 Minnesota State High Scool Championships - boasts a personal best of 48.42 in the 400 meters - the 2012 Lake Conference champion in the 400 meters (50.04) - part of three Eden Prairie High School relay records: the 400-meter relay, the 800-meter relay and the 1,600-meter relay.
