2025 Outdoor Track & Field • Freshman Season: Completed a redshirt season... Ran in three different 3000m steeplechase events during the outdoor season... Won the UW-La Cross Eagle Open 3000m steeplechase in a lifetime best time of 8:52.29... Won Hamline's 'Meet of the UnSaintly' 3000m steeplechase in a time of 8:59.37... Won the Hamline Invitational 3000m steeplechase in a time of 9:15.04... Also ran one 1500m race during the season at the UW-La Crosse NCAA Outdoor Final Qualifier and was second in a time of 3:53.21... Ran one 5000m race during the outdoor season and finished 3rd at the 115th Drake Relays in a time of 14:15.85.
2024 Cross Country • Freshman Season: Completed a redshirt season... Won the USATF U20 XC Championships on January 11, in Lubbock Texas in an 8K time of 25:16.7... Won Rocky's Run (5K) in a time of 15:03.0... Was third at the Blugold Invite at the 8K distance in a time of 24:50.6.
HIGH SCHOOL: Was the Class AAA State runner-up at the MSHSL State Cross Country Championships in 2023... Was fourth overall at the NXR heartland Regional Championships and then went on to finish 12th overall at the NXN Nike Cross Nationals in Oregon... On the track was fourth in the 1600m at the state meet and sixth overall in the 3200m in 2024... Ran at the New Balance Nationals outdoor meet the last two years and ran a personal best 8:54.0 in 2023.
