2021 Indoor Track & Field • Redshirt Freshman Season: Competed at five meets with two appearances in the heptathlon • made B1G debut, placing 12th in the heptathlon with 4,206 points at the Big Ten Indoor Championships • recorded career bests in the 1,000m (2:47.40), 60m hurdles (8.86), and shot put (12.19m, 40-00.00) and recorded a season best in long jump (6.07m, 19-11.00) during the B1G heptathlon • scored a career-best 4,694 points to place fourth in the heptathlon at the Illini B1G Multi-Meet • cleared a career-best 4.10m (13-05.25) in pole vault during the Illini B1G Multi-Meet heptathlon • cleared a career-best 1.85m (6-00.75) to place fourth in high jump at the Hawkeye Border Battle • ran a career-best 7.28 in the 60m at the Hawkeye B1G Invitational.

2021 Outdoor Track & Field • Redshirt Freshman Season: Competed at three meets, including one appearance in the decathlon • scored a career-best 6,099 to place 12th in the decathlon at the Husker B1G Invitational • recorded career bests in the 400m (50.47), 1500m (4:52.97), pole vault (4.10m, 13-05.25), shot put (11.90m, 39-00.50), and discus (31.60m, 103-08) during the decathlon at the Husker B1G Invite • recorded career bests in the 100m (11.36), long jump (6.08m, 19-11.50), and javelin (34.30m, 112-06) at the B1G Florida Invite • recorded career bests in the 110m hurdles (15.97) and high jump (1.81m, 5-11.25) at the Indiana Invite #1.

2020 Indoor Track & Field • Freshman Season: Redshirted the 2020 indoor season • competed unattached in the heptathlon and related events • recorded five top-10 finishes • scored a season-best 4,501 points in the heptathlon to finish sixth at the Jack Johnson Classic • finished sixth in the heptathlon with 4,281 points at the SDSU Holiday Invite.

2020 Outdoor Track & Field • Freshman Season: The 2020 outdoor track & field season was canceled on March 12, 2020, when the Big Ten and NCAA announced they were ceasing competitions and championships because of COVID-19 public health concerns.

High School: A graduate of Hopkins High School • closed out his prep career by helping Hopkins capture the 2019 MSHSL Class AA state championship • part of two state title-winning relay teams in 2019 – the 4x400 meter relay (3:19.37) and the 4x200 meter relay (1:25.58) • owns the state and school record in the 4x200 meter relay (1:25.58) • an all-state and all-conference selection in 2019 • a 2019 New Balance National All-American • high school teammate of Gopher teammates Eli Hoeft, Owen Hoeft, Hunter Staack, and Seth Eliason.
