2016-17 Senior Season: NCAA Diver of the Year - All-American - Academic All-Big Ten - All-American Honorable Mention - named Most Improved by teammates - tallied a fourth-place finish in 3-meter diving with a score of 362.00 at the 2017 NCAA Championships - earned first place during 3-meter diving with a 352.28 against Wisconsin - earned third place during 1-meter diving with a 312.08 against North Dakota - finished first place in 3-meter diving with a 355.20 against North Dakota - finished in second place at the Minnesota Challenge during 3-meter diving with a score of 376.45 - earned fifth place during 2-meter diving with a score of 338.60 at the 2017 Big Ten Championships - finished in fourth place during 3-meter diving with a 378.95 at the 2017 Big Ten Championships - earned 13th place with a 286.75 in 1-meter diving at the 2017 NCAA Championships - finished in 8th place in 2-meter diving with a 269.00 at the 2017 NCAA Championships. 2015-16 Junior Season:Â Academic All-Big TenÂ -Â Named Honorable Mention All-American after placing 13th on platform, also finished 24th on 1-meter and 34th on 3-meter at the 2016 NCAA Championships - At the 2016 Big Ten Championships, Tenenbaum finished 3rd on 3-meter, 4th on platform and 17th on 1-meter - Placed in the top five in each event competed in this season - Named Big Ten Diver of the Week after her standout performance at the annual Jean Freeman Invite. Â

2014-15 Sophomore Season: At the 2015 NCAA Championships, Tenenbaum placed 35th on platform and 49th on 3m (3/20-3/21) - Competed at the 2015 NCAA Zone D Diving Championships to qualify for the NCAA Championships (3/9-3/11) - Finished 5th in platform and 10th in on both 1m and 3m at the 2015 Big Ten Championships (2/19-2/21) - At the 2015 Minnesota Challenge, Tenenbaum placed 2nd on 3m and 3rd on 1m (2/7) - Finished 1st on 3m and 3rd on platform during the Big Ten Triple Dual vs. Northwestern and Purdue (1/30-1/31) - Took 3rd on 1m and 2nd on 3m at N.C. State (1/23-1/24) - Placed 1st on 1m and 2nd on platform at the 2014 Jean K. Freeman Invite (12/5-12/6) - Tenenbaum finished 3rd on 1m and 1st on 3m at Florida (11/8) - Took 3rd on 1m and 1st on 3m against Iowa (10/31) - Finished 2nd on 1m and 1st on 3m vs. North Dakota (10/24) - Took 2nd in 1m and 3rd in 3m against Wisconsin (10/17) - Placed 2nd in both 1m and 3m competition at Arizona State (10/4).

2013-14 Freshman Season:Â First-year Letterwinner - At the 2014 Big Ten Championships, Tenenbaum placed 10th on platform, 18th on 3m and 12th on 1m (2/20-2/22) - Finished 3rd in 3m competition at the 2014 Minnesota Challenge (2/8) - During the Big Ten Triple Dual against Wisconsin and Purdue, Tenenbaum recorded a 5th place finish on the 3m and placed 7th on 1m (1/31-2/1) - Finished 5th on 1m and 4th on 3m vs. N.C. State (1/24).

High School: Graduate of Maple Grove Senior High School (2013) - graduated with Honors - dove for high school team under instruction of Stacey Benjamin - All-Conference diver 2009-2013 - awarded All-State honors from 2012 to 2013 - Minnesota State Diving Champion - member of Junior regionals, zones, and nationals teams.

Personal: Born July 21, 1995 - daughter to Tracy Kaplan and Stan Tenenbaum - has four siblings, Tamar, Drew, Orly, and Piper - her favorite diving memory was winning state - undecided on major.
