• Made four appearances during her first season at Minnesota with the First Novice Eight boat
• Competed with the 1N8 boat at the 2023 Big Ten Championship May 14
• Raced in all three sessions of the Big Ten Invitational Apr. 7-8 and earned a pair of third-place efforts
• Turned in a third-place result at the Big Ten & Big 12 Double Dual Apr. 15
• Made her Minnesota debut with the 1N8 boat during the Head of the Mississippi Regatta Oct. 1, earning a second-place finish
PERSONAL
• Daughter of Eric and Kim Wise
• Has an older brother, Calvin, who is on the swimming team at Penn State
• Father, Eric, was on the swimming team at Michigan from 1988-92, while her mother, Kim, was on the track and field and cross country teams with the Wolverines between 1987-92
• Enjoys reading and art in her spare time
• Graduated from the Global Impact STEM Academy in 2022
• Earned four varsity letters in swimming from Greenon High School and served as the team captain during her senior year in 2021-22
• Competed with the Dayton Boat Club from 2020-22 and was on the Springfield YMCA Swim Team
• Was a 2022 Youth National Championship Qualifier in 4-
• Chose the University of Minnesota because "when I first visited campus, the coaches and team were incredibly friendly, and the campus was beautiful and somewhere I could see myself for the next four years."
