2023-24 | FRESHMAN
• Joined the Gophers' novice team for the spring semester and competed in the final three regattas
• Turned in a fourth-place result with the 2N8 at the Big Ten Championship (May 19) to close the season
• Raced to three fourth-place finishes on the 2N8 boat during the Big Ten Invitational (Apr. 19-20) from Sarasota, Fla.
• Made her collegiate debut at the Big 12/Big Ten Double Dual (Apr. 12), placing second in a pair of duals versus Kansas and Kansas State as part of the 2N8 crew

• Daughter of David and Kathleen Swanson
• Has an older brother, Max, and an older sister Clara
• Mother, Kathleen, was a member of the rowing team at Rhode Island between 1987-91
• Graduated from Ponaganset High School in 2023
• Totaled three varsity letters on the Chieftains volleyball team
• Named to the All-Division 2 Volleyball Fourth Team in 2022
• Competed with Blast Volleyball Club (2020-23) and the Blue Fishbowl Beach Volleyball Summer League (2020-23)
• Was a three-year member of the National Honor Society and part of the National Technical Honor Society
• Earned the Seal of Biliteracy in Spanish
• Enjoys playing the piano, horseback riding, traveling, and practicing yoga during her spare time
• Chose to attend the University of Minnesota because of "the great pre-veterinary program and to experience living in the Midwest"
