Coaching Career

In the summer of 2019, Kelley privately coached a junior who is ranked top 10 nationally in the 16 and under rankings • Kelley spent 1.5 years at Ball State University helping coach the Cardinals to one of their best spring starts with a 10-2 record before the season was ultimately cut short due to COVID-19 • Kelley also helped the team recruit one of their best recruiting classes ever for the 2020/21 season. 

Playing Career Achievements (University of Virginia)

  • Named ITA Atlantic Regional Senior Player of the Year
  • Named ITA Atlantic Regional Most Improved Senior Player
  • Named VaSID Rookie of the Year and first-team selection  
  • 2 time All-ACC selection
  • 2 time captain for junior and senior year
  • Helped team reach the Elite 8 at the NCAA Championships in 2015/2016
  • At-large selection for NCAA Singles (1 time) and Doubles Championships (3 times) • Advanced to the Round of 16 in NCAA Doubles Championships
  • Reached a career-high singles ranking of No. 20 and career-high doubles ranking of No. 7
  • Ranked top 10 nationally in doubles with three different partners
  • Won the ITA Atlantic Regional in doubles
  • Named to the ACC Women’s Tennis All-Academic Team
  • Named to the ACC Academic Honor Roll
  • Senior year played No.1 Singles and posted a 24-15 record in singles, including 10-4 in ACC play
  • Junior year Posted a 23-8 record in singles play • 18-5 in dual matches in singles, including an 11-3 mark in ACC matches • Posted a 27-11 record in doubles
  • Freshman year posted a 29-9 record in singles play as a freshman, including 12-1 in ACC play • Posted a 21-4 mark in dual matches

  • Ranked as No. 12 recruit in the country by TennisRecruiting.net
  • Received gold and silver balls in doubles at Clay Court Nationals
  • Top 120 ITF international ranking and competed in Junior Wimbledon qualifying
