MANKAD AND DUENAS DEFEATED AT NCAA DOUBLES CHAMPIONSHIP

F Minnesota's Harsh Mankad and Jorge Duenas were defeated by seventh-ranked Florian Marquardt and Frank Moser of Virginia Commonwealth in the Round of 16 at the NCAA Doubles Championship in Athens, Ga. A day after upsetting the eighth-ranked duo in the nation, Mankad and Duenas won the first set in a tiebreaker, but dropped the second two sets and lost the match, 7-6 (5), 6-4, 6-4.
