The top two seeds in the Intercollegiate Tennis Association Central Regional men's tournament eliminated Minnesota's final two entrants on Sunday in Tulsa, Okla. and will meet for the individual title.

Minnesota junior Sebastian Gallego lost his quarterfinal match to the nation's top-ranked player, Oleksandr Nedovyesov of Oklahoma State, 7-5, 6-2. Nedovyesov, a senior from Ukraine who is also seeded first in the tournament, went on to win his semifinal match over fifth-seeded Chris Nott of Arkansas and will play in the finals on Monday against Christopher Aumueller of Nebraska.

Aumueller, the tournament's second seed and the nation's 59th-ranked player, knocked out Minnesota's Tobias Wernet 6-1, 7-5 in the other semifinal match. Wernet, who was seeded ninth and ranked 51st in the country, had won four straight matches to reach the semifinals, including a three-set quarterfinal win over sixth-seeded Anton Bobytski of Oklahoma State 4-6, 6-1, 6-3.

The Gophers will conclude their fall season next weekend when they compete in the Big Ten Singles Championships in East Lansing, Mich. starting on Friday.
